Doing the work

Doing the work that really matters.

We're firm believers in thoughtful, principled, and systems-level thinking.
By combining deep expertise in AI, design, and engineering, we build tools that feel natural, work reliably, and scale with intention.

A quiet start to
something bold

A tale for your coffee break

A year ago, we were just a few friends endlessly debating design, intelligence, and the future of tools. No VC money, no hype — just notebooks, code, and shared conviction. Neural Inverse was built from that energy: clear minds, deep work, and a belief that better systems start with better questions.

What we
believe in.

What we believe in.

Clarity over chaos

We think clearly before we build. Whether it's ideas, interfaces, or infrastructure — clarity drives our choices. We avoid unnecessary complexity, prioritize simplicity with intention, and always ask “why” before “how.”

Think then move

We don't rush. We explore ideas with care, validate before we execute, and make every decision count. Our pace is thoughtful, our standards are high, and our momentum is earned — not forced.

Craft with conviction

We care deeply about what we create. Every line of code, every pixel, and every user flow reflects a level of intent. No filler, no fluff — just focused, principled work we’re proud to stand behind.

People build culture

We’re a small team, but our values shape every interaction. We operate with trust, transparency, and low ego. Good culture isn’t made by slides — it’s built day by day through action and respect.

2024

November 11

Neural Inverse founded in India by Sanjay Senthilkumar with a singular mission: to redefine enterprise software development.

2017

University

I was uncertain about my studies in Marketing and Business Management. Although I don't use much of what I learned in my daily work, it provided me with a strong knowledge base and many wonderful human connections.

2018

Working as a Designer

After an internship abroad, I started self-teaching myself design through book, courses, and by exchanging ideas with experts in the field. It didn’t take long before I went out there and found the first client.

2019

Challenge and
opportunity

COVID

I can’t hide it, 2020 was hard. I was studying, working, and and taking part in ICARO, a 6-month Entrepreneurship Program. All while the pandemic was unfolding. Despite the difficulties it was a crucial year for my professional and personal development.

2021

Through the grind

2021 was a year of focused hard work and improvements. Many lessons learned through client work and personal projects. It was also the year in which I focused most of my energy on freelance business. It later paid off.

2022

Achieving

The fullest year of my life. I worked all year from various countries across Europe (Portugal, I miss you). In 2022, I worked with incredible clients, achieving remarkable results for both them and me. I won multiple awards for my work, and this website ended up in the Webflow top 10 of the year.
